Educational Success Partners Ltd (ESP) is a leading independent provider of professional development, consultancy, recruitment and school improvement services for British schools worldwide.
Our team brings more than 15 years’ experience of supporting schools and school groups internationally. Working across more than 40 countries, we combine expert knowledge of British education with a clear understanding of the different cultural, regulatory and educational contexts in which international schools operate.
A trusted partner to the BSO sector
ESP is the management partner of the Association of British Schools Overseas (AoBSO), the global Department for Education-recognised association exclusively representing leaders of UK Government-accredited British Schools Overseas.
Through this partnership, we work closely with school leaders, government representatives, inspectorates, professional associations and specialist education partners. This gives us a detailed understanding of the opportunities, expectations and challenges facing British international schools and enables us to develop support that is relevant, practical and responsive to the sector’s needs.
The specialist Appropriate Body for BSO schools
ESP is the Department for Education’s sole specialist Appropriate Body for Early Career Teacher induction in British Schools Overseas.
Determined by the Secretary of State for Education to undertake this important statutory role, we oversee the quality assurance of ECT induction in eligible BSO schools around the world. We support schools, induction leaders, mentors and ECTs throughout the induction process, helping ensure that every early career teacher receives the statutory entitlements, professional support and fair assessment they need at the beginning of their career.
In 2025/26, ESP supported 883 Early Career Teachers completing induction across 167 BSO schools in 33 countries.
