Middle leaders are central to the success of every school. They translate strategic priorities into effective practice, lead and motivate colleagues, and ensure that improvement has a measurable impact on pupils.
ESP’s Middle Leader Development Programme (MLDP) combines expert-led online training, personalised support and the practical experience of leading a live school improvement project.
Participants develop the knowledge, confidence and practical skills needed to lead others effectively, manage change and make a sustained contribution to whole-school improvement.

Participants will:
Attend six interactive online leadership sessions led by experienced facilitators
Lead a live school-based improvement project linked to their school development plan
Apply their learning immediately within their own role and school context
Take part in group support sessions with peers and tutors
